|Those of you who know me, know that I’m often on the move. To call it “traveling” is to understate the frequency of it, and quite frankly, the unpredictability of it. Coffee, however, is always a stable aspect of my journeys, to the extent that I more often than not am traveling with my Rok espresso machine. If you’ve joined me along the way, you’ve seen me in action — brewing up espressos in Michigan campsites, Home Depot parking lots, and even refugee camps. Hey, we all need espresso, right?!

It’s been my privilege to visit these places, and I’d like to share those experiences with you. A bag of this coffee, wherever its from, will no doubt offer the two greatest intangible ingredients, inspiration and craft.
