Godoys de Guatemala is a family operated business in Guatemala. They grow, process, roast, and export high-quality coffee worldwide. The farm is located in the south east corner of Guatemala near the border with El Salvador on a small volcano called Moyuta. I came across Godoys because I was colleagues with one of the family members while I was studying in Italy. They’ve been a pioneer in origin roasters for years and have been growing their direct ship business to the U.S., which I thought made them a perfect example of the origin roasting philosophy.
